Minding my own business in Shibuya, I saw a Westerner writing something in chalk on the road and then walk off. On further inspection, it wasn't so exciting. But still a mystery. How near exactly was the beer?

Just been reading through some of your old posts....I had to comment on this one because I saw a "western" man do the same thing a couple of weeks ago!
But he was wearing a woman's skirt! No joke! He was wearing a very short woman's skirt. (It was red, if that does anything for you...I kid!) But he kept bending over and writing on the sidewalk with chalk. Then he would go a few hundred feet and do it again. Again, keep in mind, he was in a short skirt! I was like, "What the fuck?" Very weird. I wish I see what he wrote, but I was in the car in traffic...I consoled myself by thinking it was a bet or....something.
I meant to blog about it but forgot til I read this post.
