More Posters

I found the Tokyo Metro website with all the posters deterring bad manners on the trains. It appears that a new poster comes out monthly, and most of them are great, such as:

But this one, what does it mean?

Oh, volleyball maybe?

No, the last one means "Please don't rush into the train". Otherwise half of your body will be stuck in the door and it creates few minutes/seconds delay for punctual subway in Tokyo.

But I had the similar experience once... with my bag. The door wouldn't stop closing even though there was something stuck!

Many years ago I was going home from work (at Marks and Spencer Head Office in Baker Street) with my friend Sue (you don't know her) and as we got on the tube somehow her bag was left hanging outside and someone on the platform picked it up. We had to get off at the next station and go back and find the person who still (hopefully) had her bag - which we did and they did so it was all OK. A long way of saying that it can happen - so be careful!

Not really the same, but do you remember when that old lady stole Sue Suitcase from me, and left me her suitcase full of knitting?

(Maybe he's swimming. Would explain the bubbles.)
