Speaking Of Train Manner

I found this photo the other day that I'd sneakily taken ages ago*. It took me a while to realise what was odd but made me laugh again. I can't do it, yet Oli is able to. Do I need to be practicing more yoga?


The question is, can you?

My answer is a definite no!

My attempts resulted in me getting a cramp in my foot and squealing like a girl waking my neighbours (thin walls)

I can do it. It's called the Eagle Pose and you can do it with your hands together in the prayer pose or spread out wide. It makes it easier if you concentrate on something on the wall/telly etc ahead of you - it helps with the balance.
