Time For Change

The cherry-blossom season was half a year ago now, so the title picture has changed! I know this must be big news for you so don't all rush to leave comments at once. Fuji seems like the biggest landmark, achievement, and memory for my time here so far, so it seemed like a sensible choice.

But seriously, do you like the picture? If not, what should I put in its place? The original picture? Something else? Please let me know...

Not only is the picture cool 'cus it was taken at the summit of Mt Fuji, but you're also in Japan which is the Land of the Rising Sun :-)

It's a beautiful picture Philip. We saw some wonderful sunrises over the Sahara last week while we were on the Nile. I climbed to the top of a particularly big hill of very soft Saharan sand (which is difficult to walk on) one evening to watch the sunset only to realise when I got to the top that Keith had the camera and had given up climbing about half way up so I couldn't record it. (To be fair, he had been unwell all day).
