Bangkok and Ko Samet/Ko Chang on the 3rd July - 7th July.
A little expensive but really want to go somewhere, so I'm happy. Mt Fuji season is a little later in the month so I'm going to trek up it then.

Sounds really exciting. How long does it take to fly to Bangkok from Tokyo. How long will you have in each place?

Becareful, you might bump into Robert R, there for 6 weeks,accept no gifts /bags......... we don't fancy visiting the "Bangkok Hilton"
it's a six hour-ish journey each way. which seems long since it's close and england was 12 hours. but i guess you have to fly down the world whereas from england it's around the top which is a smaller curve.
i have about three days in bangkok and one on a beach - depending on the weather.
as for price - my flight was £280 return but depends on the season.
